A very nice museum experience awaits you at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility Visitors Center! The displays and grounds were nice and we liked the interactive displays- especially the interactive earth model! The employees at the information desk and in the gift shop were very friendly and helpful. The presentations in the theater were very informative. We loved the gift shop and the model rockets around the facility! This is a nice place to spend an hour when visiting the Chincoteague area!

What a great stop along our way. We spent several hours at Wallops Visitor Center and found the displays informative and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the videos and wished there were more! They did a great job explaining the work being done on the base.

NASA Wallops is such a cool spot to check out. The visitor center isn’t huge, but it’s packed with neat exhibits and feels really laid-back compared to bigger NASA sites. Perfect for a chill couple of hours if you’re nearby. Would love to catch a rocket launch someday!
